Andrea Bigenho, LPC​

I am a Professional Counselor in Pittsburgh, PA.  I have been professionally and personally interested in Psychedelic medicine research and research into non-ordinary states of consciousness since the late 1990's. I strongly believe in the potential of psychedelic medicines and non-ordinary states to help us manage neuropsychiatric disability, heal trauma, and recognize and foster our interconnectedness.

It is my privilege to provide creative, effective, trauma informed clinical outpatient psychotherapy services for individuals and groups, and clinical supervision and mentorship for counselors-in training. I specialize in relational health and complex relational trauma, Psychedelic Harm Reduction Integration (PHRI), and Vocational / Psychiatric Rehabilitation.  My Interventions are guided by the collaborative client-counselor relationship and respectful of a client's culture, environment, neurobiology, and relationships.  My approaches include:
